Where to ask

• Discord. Join the community on Discord to ask questions, share results and get help from other users.
• Contact form. Send a message with the contact form on the R Animation Studios website.

Before you write, check Common problems, Solver warnings and Cannot connect to the worker.

What to include

A report is easiest to solve when it has:

1. Your setup. The Blender version, your GPU model and driver, and the BLUX version.
2. The solver environment result. Open Edit > Preferences > Add-ons > Blux Physics Suite and click Check Solver Environment. Copy the message, and the interpreter path under it.
3. The Diagnostics rows. The GPU, Memory, This scene and Worker rows from the Diagnostics panel.
4. The exact message. Copy any red message from the main panel, and any error shown in Blender’s system console (Window > Toggle System Console on Windows).
5. Steps to reproduce. What you clicked, in order, and which solver and template or graph you used.
6. A small file. If you can, a .blend file with the smallest scene that shows the problem. A saved graph preset also helps.
